9: The Dark Side Game Tips & Hints:

  • This game has 4 chapters, with story or task scenes, hidden object scenes and mini-games.
  • You must also find hidden Runes throughout the game. The red Amulet at the bottom left of the screen glows when there is a Rune to find. Click the Amulet and drag it over a scene to see the Rune(s).
  • In the story scenes you complete tasks and collect Inventory items to use immediately or store for later use.
  • The Inventory is displayed along the bottom of the screen. When the panel is full, use the arrows to display all the items.
  • In hidden object scenes the names of items to find are listed at the bottom of the screen.
  • Items in yellow text are hidden when the scene displays, or you must carry out a task related to the item before you can see it.
  • Click the Journal at the bottom left of the screen to see story updates and clues as you move through the game.
  • The Objectives tab in the Journal shows your current tasks.
  • Hints are available in hidden object and story scenes and are unlimited, but you may need to wait for the hint button to recharge.
  • There are no hints for mini-games, but check the Journal for information, and you can skip a game. You may need to wait for the Skip button to recharge.
