Brink of Consciousness: Dorian Gray Syndrome Game Tips & Hints:
- This game has 7 chapters, with story or task scenes, hidden object scenes and mini-games.
- In story scenes you collect objects to complete immediate tasks or for use later. Stored items are held in the Inventory at the bottom of the screen. Click on an item to select it for use.
- The Inventory panel disappears when not being used. Move your mouse across the the bottom of the screen to re-display it.
- Hidden object scenes are triggered by completing tasks in story scenes.
- A list of items to find is displayed across the bottom of the screen. Items in orange text need an extra step to find or display them.
- The Journal at the bottom right of the screen, shows story updates and clues as you progress through the game. Select the Recorder Tab to replay character conversations.
- The Map next to the Journal, shows your current location, the floor plan of rooms you've visited so far, areas you should explore and where mini-games need to be completed.
- A key, or legend, for the symbols on the map is displayed across the top of the map.
- The number tabs display these details for different levels.
- The Hint button is at the bottom left of the screen. Hints are unlimited but you may need to wait for the button to recharge.
